Udah dengerin lagu barunya HONNE, Kawula Muda?
Duo art-pop asal London, Andy Clutterbuck dan James Hatcher atau lebih dikenal sebagai Honne baru saja merilis single perdananya tahun ini, Kawula Muda.
Single tersebut berjudul "Imaginary." Perilisan lagu baru ini menandai awal perjalanan Honne bersama label terbarunya, yakni Warner Musik Asia.
Bahkan, vokalis dan produser Andy Clutterbuck mengatakan, lagu ini menjadi sebuah permulaan untuk Honne.
Lebih lanjut, Andy mengungkapkan cerita dibalik lagu barunya ini yang ternyata terinspirasi dari kisahnya dengan sang istri.
“Ini menceritakan kisah ketika saya pertama kali bertemu istri saya bertahun-tahun yang lalu saat masih kuliah dan bagaimana imajinasi saya menjadi liar memikirkan anak-anak dan kehidupan masa depan kami bersama,” ujar Andy dalam siaran pers.
“Beruntung bagi saya semuanya menjadi kenyataan dan sekarang kami menikah dengan bahagia dan memiliki dua bayi,” tambah Andy.
Saat mengerjakan lagu "Imaginary," Andy dan James terlibat penuh dalam single terbarunya ini, mulai dari proses penciptaan hingga produksi, Kawula Muda.
Sebelumnya, Honne telah menelurkan album "Let's Just Say The World Ended A Week From Now, What Could You Do? (DELUXE)" yang dibagikan di tahun 2022 lalu.
Album tersebut merupakan lanjutan dari beberapa album sebelumnya, yakni "Warm On A Cold Night" pada 2016 dan "Love Me / Love Me Not" di tahun 2018, serta "no song without you," sebuah mixtape kejutan berisi 14 lagu yang dirilis pada musim panas 2020.
