The Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards ke-56 digelar pada Minggu (18/04/2021) mulai pukul 20.00 ET atau Senin pukul 07.00 WIB. Sejumlah artis country telah diumumkan sebagai pemenang penghargaan tahun ini.
Beberapa nama pemenang diumumkan sebelum hari H acara, seperti Gabby Barrett dan Jimmie Allen yang masing-masing telah dinobatkan sebagai pemenang New Female/Male Artist of the Year.
Selain itu, ada Kane Brown yang dinobatkan sebagai pemenang penghargaan Video of the Year berkat video musiknya Worldwide Beautiful.
Carly Pearce dan Lee Brice juga telah terpilih sebagai pemenang di kategori Music Event of the Year untuk kolaborasi mereka dalam lagu I Hope You’re Happy Now.
Disiarkan langsung melalui stasiun TV CBS, ACM Awards tahun ini digelar di beberapa tempat berbeda di Nashville yaitu Grand Ole Opry House, Ryman Auditorium dan The Bluebird Cafe, Station Inn, Bridge Building, dan di Broadway.
